A message from Mark Hoare,

Hello everyone,

I’m absolutely delighted to be joining Wallace House this September as your new Chief Operating Officer. From the moment I visited, it was clear that this is a special place, full of heart, history, and real community impact. I’ve spent the last 25 years working in housing, mental health, and charity leadership roles, and I can honestly say I’ve never felt more inspired by a team’s commitment to local people.

I’m looking forward to meeting each of you, listening carefully, and building on everything that’s already working so well here. Together, I believe we can continue to grow Wallace House as a truly welcoming hub for Evesham, a place where ideas flourish, partnerships thrive, and every voice matters. Thanks for having me on board, I can’t wait to get started.
